Bilton Grange now has a single fund, The Bilton Grange Foundation, into which all future donations will be placed.  The principal objective of the fund is to co-ordinate the giving and fund raising for the development of the school’s facilities, and to broaden the number of Bursaries to provide a Bilton Grange education to children who otherwise might not have such an opportunity. 

Since the launch of the Foundation in November 2009, the enthusiasm we have received from the various communities within Bilton Grange, namely current and past parents, former pupils and past members of staff has been very encouraging. Bringing up to date the list of potential supporters has been a mammoth task and slowly we are beginning to understand and ‘friend raise’ from a large number of names and addresses of those for whom Bilton Grange will always be such a special place. 

All donors will automatically become members of the Bilton Grange Foundation and entitled to receive special invitations to attend functions both at the school and elsewhere, and to wear the new Foundation tie or brooch.

Giving to the Foundation can be done in a variety of ways. We actively seek gifts and donations of all proportions to fund a range of new development projects through the Headmaster’s Annual Appeal; individual donations can also be set-aside for specific purposes such as the provision of Bursaries, an important part of the school’s Development Plans.

Please remember that the smaller sums collectively add up, which is why Standing Orders for regular monthly sums are effective and most gratefully received.  Legacy Giving as a further option is, of course, a most tax efficient way of ensuring the school is remembered when you have gone.  For further details on any aspect of making a gift to the Foundation, including naming opportunities, please contact either myself or the Headmaster in the first instance.
