The senior girls had an extra netball match against LMR Rugby Ladies junior club on Saturday afternoon. The girls played a mixed team of U14 and U16 girls who play in the Coventry league, and the BG girls dominated from the start. The attack were fluid, fast and produced accurate powerful passes that powered into the shooting circle. Defence were on fire, with Miranda demonstrating wonderful agility and timing as she managed to take almost every rebound from the opposition.
The team were solid and oozed confidence and this did not go un-noticed by the LMR coaches who offered up much praise to our girls. The ladies commented that the senior ladies of the club could learn a thing or two from our girls! Fingers crossed we continue to play so wonderfully for the rest of the season.
