Juniors at Holdenby House
Juniors at Holdenby House
As part of our History study of Henry VIII and the Tudors, the Junior forms have spent a day learning about Tudor life at Holdenby House in Northamptonshire. We were blessed with fine weather and enjoyed learning about cooking, herbs and medicines, calligraphy, and a chance to learn archery.
The children looked wonderful in their costumes and thanks are due to their parents for all the efforts they have made in this regard.
