Chapel, 13th January
The Sixth form Chapel service on the Second Sunday of Epiphany was led by Rev’d Clive Harper, Hon. School Chaplain. The theme was that of the Baptism of Jesus, and in his address, Rev’d Harper emphasised the importance of listening, particularly to the sixth form to heed advice they are given in preparing for upcoming examinations.
Hymns included ‘O worship the Lord’ and ‘I heard the voice of Jesus say’ and the choir sang as the anthem ‘Listen Sweet Dove’ by Grayston Ives.
Ten new choristers were admitted as full choristers in the Chapel Choir at the start of the service. Our congratulations to them in anticipation of their contribution to the choir.
