Instruments to blow
The children looked at a range of percussion instruments and recorders. They explored how these instruments make sounds and grouped them into sets of instruments that work through shaking, plucking, banging and blowing. They also explored the sounds made by the musical instruments such as high, low, loud, quiet, rattling, ringing. The children had fantastic fun designing, decorating and making their own musical instruments in D.T.
