As part of National Science Week, the Pre-Prep had a visit from a theatre company with a production called ‘Captain Cholesterol and the Grannies from Mars’. Through comedy and songs we learned that we need to adopt a healthy lifestyle and that exercise is good for our bodies. “DON’T BE A TWIT!  JUST GET FIT!” is what we were all urged to do.We discovered why we need to brush our teeth regularly, and Anna volunteered to be a tooth for the demonstration. The FBI – FRUIT Bureau of Investigation - showed us how to put together a balanced diet.
