Winter Wonderland!
Though many local schools were closed due to the heavy snow in February, Bilton Grange was open for the boarders and for those day pupils who were able to travel to school safely.
A full complement of lessons, many with a special flavour, took place, and the children enjoyed a roast dinner, plenty of time for winter play outdoors and hot chocolate to warm them up afterwards.
For those stranded at home, the website set a challenge to join in the fun remotely and build a snowman, photograph it and send it in to our online snow galleries #1 #2. As you will see, many of the children rose to the challenge magnificently! (Many of the photos have now been turned into this slide show)
We’ve been busy at school too, and a video of the fun at school may now be seen here. (Click the link under the embedded video to be able to view a High Definition version)
