Young Guns

Two teams from Bilton Grange have shot to success at the British Schools and Young Shots Championships, which were held at E. J. Churchill Shooting Ground in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire last week. Out of the ten teams entered, Bilton Grange A team came 3rd and the Bilton Grange B team, joint 5th. Amongst the overall result of all prep schools competing, Bilton Grange came second.  Mr Searle, Master in charge of Clay Pigeon Shooting at Bilton Grange, commented:

“The boys shot consistently well throughout the day and as the competition drew to a close it began to transpire that they had also shot very competitively too. Congratulations to all the boys, particularly at such an early stage in the term’s clay shooting practice.

Grateful thanks are due to everyone involved with the success and enjoyment of the day, particularly Mr Harris, Mr Jenks, Mr Robinson and Mr Wells.”

Bilton Grange A Team - Sebastian Jenks, Oliver Robinson, Josh Harris.
