OB Society
Dear Old Boys and Old Girls
Welcome! Thank you for visiting the website of the Old Biltonian Society.
This section of the school’s website is designed to keep you up to date with what the School, the OB Society and your fellow old boys and girls are doing, as well as to help you keep them up to date with what you are doing.
We’ve included a little bit about the Society itself and what it does, as well as a reminder of dates for your diary. Not only does this include the annual Old Biltonian Day at the school but also occasional get-togethers (in a bar or somewhere else equally convivial…).
There will also be copies of the recent OB Newsletters available on the site so that you can catch up with your contemporaries’ news, and what the school and its current fine crop of pupils have been doing in more detail.
We have started to maintain a directory of OBs’ email addresses. If you would like your details to be shown, please email the Honorary Secretary. Please also email the Hon. Secretary if you want to pass on your news. The School is keen to maintain contact with former pupils, and would be grateful to be informed of all changes to assist us maintain the former pupils’ database.
In order to ensure that the School Song is sung with greater gusto at the AGM, we have also included the words so you can practise in advance!
Finally there are details of the Old Biltonian Bursary Fund. The Society has limited funds to grant small bursaries to assist those Old Biltonians and Old Homefieldians, who would not otherwise be able to do so, in sending their child to the school. These are made on the recommendation of the Headmaster – please contact him, in confidence, if you would like your child to be considered.
Please note that these funds are limited, however if you would be interested in making a donation to help fund these bursaries, please contact our Honorary Treasurer, Jeremy Westhead on jeremywesthead@hotmail.com, or download the donation forms below. We do hope you enjoy using this site, and let us know if you think it could be made better by emailing OBSociety@biltongrange.co.uk with your views!
