Additional Charges
- Music – Individual instrumental tuition £157 per term
- Learning Support – Individual tuition £39 per hour
- Sleepovers – Flexi-boarding £45 per night
Registration Fee and Deposit
- Registration Fee payable on applying for a place £200
- Deposit payable on the acceptance of a place £500 (returnable on leaving)
- Overseas boarders must pay a deposit of one full term’s fees on acceptance of a place.
Extras
- Trips and Activities: all extra charges will be notified to parents in advance.
- Old Biltonian Society: a charge of £150 is made by termly instalments throughout a pupil’s time in years 4 - 8 to cover a Life Subscription. This currently entitles members to copies of the Bilton Record for four years after leaving, and the OB News for life.

For Pre-Prep pupils, tea, if required, is £3.40 per day

Art, Design Technology Materials: as supplied to pupils in undertaking the course.

Bilton Record, the School magazine is published annually and all parents will be charged for their copy.
Remissions
Service Personnel - 15% on boarding feeSiblings
Parents with 3 or more children at the School 5% on fees for all 3 children
Parents with 4 or more children at the School 10% on fees for all 4 children
(throughout the time either 3 or 4 children attend the School; may be varied if Scholarship or Bursary given.)
Bursaries
Please contact the Registrar if you wish to be considered for a Bursary.
Notes
1 Fees are due, in full; by the first day of term unless a valid Direct Debit is in place.2 The School reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% over Lloyds TSB base rate.
3 A full term’s fees is due if a child is withdrawn without a full term’s notice, in writing, to the Headmaster.
4 Fees include:
- For Day Pupils – all lunches and (for Preparatory department pupils) teas on normal School days.
- For all Boarders (full & weekly) – all meals on normal School days and weekends, normal laundry.
- Books and stationery used by children.
