9th November 2015
Join us for our first Bilton Lecture on 19th November at 7.30pm to hear ambassador Henry Morshead discussing the Bloodhound Supersonic car (www.bloodhoundssc.com). This UK-led, global project is aiming to build a supersonic car that will not only beat the current land speed world record but also smash the 1,000mph barrier. The car made its first debut in September at a launch event in Canary Wharf and will shortly be undertaking its first Land Speed Record attempt.
The Bilton Lecture series is designed to give older pupils (Fourth form to Sixth Form), and all Bilton Grange parents, insight into the cutting edge of thought, industry, commerce, design and this lecture will provide a fantastic start to the series!
