On Sunday 30 boarders journeyed to the Tamworth SnowDome to enjoy an action-packed afternoon and evening of fun in the snow. The first part of the trip was the Winterwonderland experience where the pupils and staff enjoyed playing in real snow. Much fun was had; slipping, sliding, making snow angels, throwing snow balls and sledging in a Christmas themed arena, everyone just seemed to be having far too much fun!
They then got to meet Father Christmas and help him find the missing Christmas letters before going through to see all animals and meeting real reindeer, all the way from Lapland. However, the finale of the trip had to be the extreme tobogganing with pupils and staff racing down the slopes with massive smiles on their faces.
It was a super trip and it was a delight to spend Sunday looking after such well-behaved and well-mannered BG pupils.
Finally, a very quick thank you to Mr Baker (former BG parent) who very kindly allowed us to come along and have fun at his work place.
