Admissions Process

We aim to make the admissions procedure as friendly and straightforward as possible. Pupils normally join the School either in The Nest, our 3+ class, or in our Reception, although we are happy to accept pupils into any year group throughout the academic year if a place is available.

In the first instance, please call one of our Registrars, Liz Graham or Caroline Morgan, on 01788 818246, to find out more about Bilton Grange and to order a prospectus.

Following this, we suggest that you visit Bilton Grange on a normal working day, when you will have an opportunity to meet with the Headmaster Alex Osiatynski and have a private tour around the School. Many families also welcome the opportunity to see the School on Open Morning, when your tour guide will be one of our 6th Form (Year 8) pupils, and for those looking around Pre-Prep, a Year 3 pupil.

Subsequently, should you decide to register your child to start at Bilton Grange, please complete our Registration Form, at which point a £200 registration fee is payable. Depending on the availability of places and how far in advance you register your child to start at Bilton Grange, we will put your application on a waiting list, and keep you informed of the availability of the place.

Offer of a Place

Once a taster day has been completed, we will usually offer a place, at which point a £600 deposit is payable. This deposit is not refundable if your child does not take up a place at the School. The deposit will form part of the general funds of the School until it is credited without interest to the final payment of the fees or other sums due to the School on your child’s leaving.

For children with families resident outside the EU, a deposit equivalent to a full term’s fees is payable on acceptance of the place.
