How to apply

Whilst our website provides a good deal of information about our wonderful School, we very much recommend a visit to Bilton Grange as a first step in the Admissions process. A visit will include a tour of the School and an opportunity to meet our Headmaster, Gareth Jones. If you wish to arrange a visit to Bilton Grange, or if you have any questions regarding the school and our Admissions process, please do call one of our registrars on 01788 818246 or email admissions@biltongrange.co.uk.

Starting the application process

When you are ready to register your interest in Bilton Grange, kindly complete our Registration Form and return it to admissions@biltongrange.co.uk, together with the Registration fee of £200.

Children registered for entry to Bilton Grange in Year 4 or younger are then invited for a Taster session, during which they will spend time in a class with children their age. Children entering from Year 5 to Year 8 are invited to a Bilton Grange Experience Day, which will include some written and computerised assessments as well as the opportunity to spend time in a class of their current year group.

Overseas and non-local applicants

For children who are not able to attend the taster session or experience day, we adapt our admissions process according to the age of the child. This may simply involve a report from the current school or may include an online computer assessment and a video interview.

Offer of a place

Once a place at Bilton Grange is offered, we will ask for a £600 entrance fee in order to accept and secure your child’s place. Please note, we are unable to refund this if your child does not take up a place at the School. This entrance fee will form part of the general funds of the School but will be credited to the final payment of the fees or other sums due when your child leaves us.

For children resident outside of the UK and EU, an entrance fee equivalent to a full term’s fees is payable on acceptance of the place.
