BiG Saturday

In the Prep School, up until the start of Year 6, Saturdays are completely optional. For those pupils in the Juniors and 3rd Form who choose to attend school on Saturday, they will get involved in The BiG Saturday programme.

This is an optional curriculum enrichment programme for those two years which includes a variety of exciting and creative learning opportunities. Activities are based around the following general themes: Artistic, Environment, Design, Music and Sport. Some of the activities on offer include: Football, Drama, Triathlon Club, Arts and Crafts, Natural History and Outdoor Club which includes STEM activities.

Many children in the Juniors and 3rds attend BiG Saturday but there is total flexibility for these younger years, enabling you to miss weeks if you have other commitments. Children will be mixed across the two Year Groups and the activity choices change each term.
