Facilities

Bilton Grange sits within 90 acres of beautiful heritage parkland, woodland and gardens that are the envy of many.

Performing Arts productions at Bilton Grange are very well staged thanks to our purpose-built Ravenscroft theatre with its impressive stage and lighting and seating for over 250. Assemblies take place here but not exclusively so. Our Chapel also stages assemblies, services, hymn practices and celebrations throughout the year providing an opportunity for reflection and the development of the community spirit. In 2019 the School opened two new music ensemble rooms in what used to be Fives courts. These spaces are a fantastic addition to our musical output.

Our sporting facilities include extensive grass sports pitches, a fantastic high-quality hockey astro uniquely set within our Pugin walled garden, a challenging 9-hole golf course, a 25m indoor swimming pool, eight tennis courts and six netball courts. We also have two squash courts adjoining a dedicated sports hall for PE lessons and indoor pursuits such as badminton and basketball.

In 2021, almost every classroom in both the Prep and Pre-Prep buildings were given a wow factor make-over, including complete refurbishment and new technology to aid teaching. The bright and airy classrooms look out over the rolling fields and gardens and inspire many creative subjects, whilst our dedicated Science labs, fully-equipped Design Technology studio complete with 3D printer, milling machine, Roland vinyl cutter and laser cutter enable children to enjoy the practical application of academic subjects away from the classroom. The newly refurbished Art studio in the Conservatory, is awash with colour, texture and light and is a place where pupils can release their creative energies. There is also a sculpture room and a kiln.

the whole site is top-notch – from the D&T workshop and the organic vegetable patch to the swimming pool and the nine-hole golf course.

Talk Education

As well as the facilities at Bilton Grange, pupils also benefit from access to the facilities at Rugby School, just a seven-minute drive up the road.
