Senior Schools and Scholarships
Bilton Grange is part of the Rugby School Group and each year more than half of our pupils progress to Rugby School, located just a couple of miles from our site. Children joining Rugby benefit from continuity in their education as the schools share the same ethos and commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
We prepare our children to succeed at Common Entrance for onwards entry to Rugby and other public schools and to relish the challenges a senior school will bring. Equally, advising families on exactly the right school, taking into account the strengths and talents of their child, family logistics and preferences, is part of the bespoke service we offer everyone, however familiar they may be with the often opaque entrance procedures involved in moving on to senior school.
A small number of children leave us at the end of Year 6 to attend day independent schools or the grammar schools in Rugby. Consistent yet exceptional success at scholarship level has ensured a significant number of Bilton Grange pupils move on to their senior school earning accolades and awards that are testament to their talents across the curriculum, having been developed and nurtured here at Bilton Grange.
